Slide TuffPin™

The Slide TuffPin is the ONLY TuffPin that should be used on Overhead TuffRail Packages.

Add additional TuffPin's to your order, for all your heavy bag training needs. This TuffPin is not recommended for Truck or Trailer applications. TheSlide TuffPin can only enter/exit the rail from either end of the TuffRail. This TuffPin comes with "roller" like features, allowing the TuffPin to slide along the TuffRail smoother. TuffPins can support upwards of 2000lbs*.

TuffPins work by pulling down on the release collar of the TuffPin. As long as the release collar is in the unlocked position your TuffPin will move along the system. When you reached your desired location along the TuffRail release the collar, securely locking your load into position.

TuffPins are all made in the US out of 100% stainless steel.

*Ceilings can vary on weight bearing capabilities. If you have concerns regarding your ceilings weight bearing capabilities please consult a professional before placing your TuffRail order.

Release Tool

TuffPin Release tool is the perfect solution for TuffRail applications that are higher or out of reach. This product is the solution for installations that may require a ladder or step stool to reach the release collar of their TuffPins to slide their equipment.

The release tool gives you roughly 13 1/2 “of extra each! If that is not enough reach then you can add any broom handle or paint roller brush extended to the end of your release tool handle.

Release Tool is designed specifically to pull down on the release collar. It is not recommended to use this tool for pushing the bag.

Release Tool will work on standard round TuffPins or Slide TuffPins!

TuffRail 90 Degree / Corner Connector

TuffRail "90 Degree / Corner" Connector is a solution for the overhead TuffRail applications that allows you to join two different TuffRails together in a sweeping "90 Degree / Corner" configuration. The sweeping TuffRail corner configuration allows you to move heavy bags along the different TuffRails and have different configurations through out the room. Great for storage and different heavy bag layouts within the room.

The slide TuffPin is the only TuffPin that will work in the "90 Degree / Corner" connector. The round TuffPin should not be used with "90 Degree / Corner" Connector.

TuffRail Y Connector

TuffRail X Connector

TuffRail Stop Blocks (Pair)

TuffRail Stop Blocks DO NOT come standard with any packages. Stop Blocks are an upgrade to the standard socket head cap screws where customers want to use the stop blocks as a heavy duty stop and return mechanism.

Standard socket head cap screws come standard with the TuffRail packages which stop the heavy bags from sliding out of the ends of the TuffRail. The socket head cap screws are not intended to take the heavy abuse that the Stop Blocks are designed for. Standard socket head cap screws simply stop the TuffPin from slighting out of the end.

Round TuffPin™

The Round TuffPin is not used for overhead TuffRail systems. This TuffPin should only be used on truck or trailer applications. Only Truck and Trailer packages include the round TuffPins in packages. Overhead rails require the Slide TuffPin for use.

This style TuffRail is made for the cargo management systems to easily slide from one position to another,and has the ability to eject from any exit hole along the TuffRail.

TuffPins work by pulling down on the release collar of the TuffPin, as long as the release collar is in the unlocked position your TuffPin will move along the system. When you reached your desired location along the TuffRail let go of the collar, securely locking your load into position. Along each truck and trailer TuffRail Tuffrail there are larger exit holes this TuffPin can be taken out of.

TuffPins are all made in the US out of 100% stainless steel.
